- How long does shipping take?
Turn around time for all items (not preorders) is 7 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays). This is the time it takes for us for us to hand-make and prepare each order. If there are any changes to our TAT we will update our website header and make a social media announcement.
If there will be longer turn around times we will announce on our homepage. Delays can potentially happen due to order volume, holidays, and or postal delays. We ship via USPS first class/priority mail or UPS ground depending on the weight of your order.
We are not responsible for orders once shipped and in-transit. Please use route insurance to protect your order during shipment. This will protect your order if it goes missing or is damaged during transit.
- Where does my order ship from?
Your order ships from our office in New Jersey. At this moment we do not have a physical location and are fully remote.
- What is the return policy?
If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns on our retail website within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method using our return portal. Please review our return/refund policy for specific details. At this time, we unfortunately do not offer exchanges. Subscriptions are not eligible for returns/refunds. Custom items are not eligible for returns/returns. Wholesale orders are not eligible for returns.
- What are the shipping options?
We currently offer mail shipping through USPS and UPS depending on the weight of your order. Some orders may also ship through UPS. Free Shipping is valid on all domestic orders over $75. Update: Post office shipping delays may be present due to COVID-19/ weather conditions.
- How do I wash my apparel?
WASH INSTRUCTIONS: Turn garment inside out, machine wash on cold water, no fabric softeners, no bleach, tumble dry on low, no iron over design.
- Do you have free shipping?
At this moment, our free shipping promotions will be posted on our home page whenever active. Free shipping when you spend a certain amount is only valid in the United States at this moment.
- What do I do if I never received my order?
Please contact us via email at info@overthe.shop after 3 days of your tracking showing delivered order and we will try our best to assist you. Please include your name, order number, and order date in the email. If you do not contact us within a week of the tracking showing delivered we can no longer assist.
- What do I do if I received a defective order?
Please contact us via email at info@overthe.shop within a week of delivery and we will be able to assist you. Please include your name, order number, order date, and a photo of the damage.
If your order was damaged during shipping and you did not select shipping insurance at checkout we can unfortunately not assist you.
- How long will my shirt/crewneck last?
The lifespan of a printed graphic tee and or crewneck is 24 washes. In order to sustain this many washes the garments must be washed with care:

- How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Orders that are already placed cannot be changed and or canceled. Please contact us with any issues.
- How do I make sure I order the right size?
Our tees & crewnecks are only available in unisex sizing. If unsure, we always recommend to size up. We provide size charts with our items to assist with sizing.

Subscription Box FAQ
1. What's in my box?
We have 3 different subscription tiers (graphic tee, crewneck, and crewneck and graphic tee). You can choose which apparel you would like to receive monthly and the price will change based on your selection. These boxes may be themed around holidays and or time of year. We occasionally may offer styled boxes (teacher/nurse)
2. How will I pay monthly?
THIS IS A RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION, you will receive a recurring subscription charge monthly just like any other subscription and WE ARE NOT ABLE TO REFUND. YOU AGREE TO THIS AT CHECKOUT.
3. How can I cancel?
Need to cancel? Sign in to our shop in the top right corner, click "Manage Memberships", and select the cancel option. You can also send us an email: info@overthe.shop. Your subscription MUST be canceled before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next month. We cannot refund you if you do not do this in time.
