RETURN/REFUND POLICY

If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of purchase for items sold on our website. CUSTOMIZED ORDERS are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Orders made on Etsy, in-person at popup events, at any of our retail partners, or on any other platform are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Wholesale orders made via our website and or Facebook group are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Subscriptions are not eligible for return. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method using our return portal. On the portal, you will be able to request and print a return shipping label to send the items back to us. Once we receive the items it takes approximately 7 business days for us to inspect the items and we will process the refund to your original payment method. 

As of 5/30/23: The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Any prior orders within the 30 day window will not be impacted. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

  • Discounted (Final Sale, Flash Sale, Sale) items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customized/Custom and made-to-order cannot be returned and or exchanged.
  • Returned items must be returned with original tags (if any).
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • WHOLESALE ORDERS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS or REFUNDS.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Login to our online return portal using your email address and/or order number.
  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
  3. Purchase and print the shipping label that you will receive by email.
  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Return Cost

In order to process your return, you will need to purchase a return label based on the weight of the items you will be returning. The label cost will vary based on how heavy your items are and how many items you are returning. There are no additional restocking fees.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return within 7 business days and let you know if the refund was approved or not at our discretion. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
